Kavod Fellowship Terms of Participation

Introduction

Welcome to Kavod Fellowship! We're grateful you're joining us in our mission to glorify God and multiply disciples of Jesus in Grand Rapids. By participating in our fellowship, ministries, and programs, you agree to these terms. Please read them prayerfully and carefully.

1. Stewardship of Ministry Resources

1.1 As a participant in Kavod Fellowship ministries, we ask that you honor the stewardship of our teaching materials, curriculum content, training resources, and other ministry materials by not sharing or distributing them without permission. This includes Bible study materials, discipleship resources, leadership training content, and other resources created for our fellowship community.

1.2 These resources are provided to support your spiritual growth and equip you for ministry. We trust you to use them faithfully for their intended purpose within our fellowship community.

2. Participation and Commitment

2.1 Participation in Kavod Fellowship involves active engagement in our community, commitment to our shared values and mission, and a heart for glorifying God through disciple-making.

2.2 We encourage you to faithfully fulfill any commitments you make, including attendance at gatherings, serving opportunities, small group participation, and other ministry responsibilities you agree to undertake.

2.3 Kavod Fellowship leadership may adjust ministry schedules, programs, and activities as we seek God's direction for our community. We will communicate any significant changes in a timely manner.

3. Responsibility and Conduct

3.1 We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a manner that honors Christ and reflects the values of our fellowship community. We trust each person to make wise, godly decisions in their participation.

3.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring their actions align with biblical principles and applicable laws. Kavod Fellowship provides spiritual guidance and community support but cannot be held liable for individual choices or their consequences.

3.3 Kavod Fellowship leadership is not responsible for disputes or conflicts that may arise between participants. We encourage biblical conflict resolution and are available to provide pastoral guidance when appropriate.

4. Ministry Materials and Content

4.1 Any personal testimonies, creative works, or contributions you share with our fellowship community remain yours, though we may use them (with your permission) to encourage others and glorify God.

4.2 Teaching materials, curriculum, and resources created by Kavod Fellowship are provided for the edification of our community and should not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Financial Matters

5.1 If any programs or events have associated costs (such as retreats, conferences, or materials), participants are responsible for their own expenses unless other arrangements have been made.

5.2 All giving to Kavod Fellowship is voluntary and should be done cheerfully as an act of worship. Any designated gifts or support will be used according to the purposes specified.

General Provisions

These terms may be updated as our ministry grows and evolves. We will communicate any significant changes to our community. Your continued participation indicates your acceptance of any updates.

This agreement reflects our mutual commitment to pursuing Christ together and building His kingdom in Grand Rapids.

By participating in Kavod Fellowship, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to honor them as part of our community covenant.
